The app doesn't show the correct information for my program app wise all it's good for is to see what's in your account and what is being settled it doesn't show accurate payment structures for me. The program. on the other hand is good I've been in this for close to 2 years I'm almost debt free it's a good way to get your debt handled without thinking about it and figuring it all out yourself the fees for the settlements are fine since they are doing all the work I recommend this company.

unable to get into APP!! Update must be bad!!! 8/15/25 - Finally after 3 days of app not working. I can finally see my DASHBOARD. Still needs improvements. Needs to be easier to Navigate.

by far worst company ever was told most my money would pay off my debts then told if i was to ever cancel then the money in my dedicated account, my money would come back to me. This company has took over a $1000 from me and I don't on 2 cards. That are paying off. They have only spent $60 and 75. $, but they took over a $1000 from me. The customer service guy I talked to Said that I have paid them more in fees.
