Not able to access my account after switching over to the new app. After entering the pin associated with my account, it greets me with the error "Organization disabled, contact administrator". I haven't heard anything from my organization about the new app. Calling the helpline option doesn't do anything. I need a fix ASAP. Update (10/21/2025): Still missing many features like fingerprint authentication, ability to save credentials, directly contacting helpline from within the app.

The worst app cannot add any account to transfer money. customer service is also unable to resolve this issue what a joke.

The UI/UX is nice but what am I supposed to do with the app when it won't complete my sign up process. It keeps saying verification in process whenever I use my pin. Although I received an sms that verification is complete. Now I put my pin and receive message that name is not matching Nadra records. Although I put my correct name. I don't know what to do. If it keeps bugging like this, I'll just delete.
