Unfortunately the app does not work on my Pixel 9 Pro. The app force closes every time I try to open it. Eventually the app says the app isn't working. this is strange strange because BOSL uses the same platform and I don't have this issue with it. Been to the bank to customer support and they could not help. Having this issue since November 24, it's March 30 March 25, and it has not been resolved. Had to revert to using the webpage based platform. very Disappointed.

This app has various issues.One thing for sure the two step verification factor does not send you the required code;in order to complete the log in process.Never received that code and its been more than 24 hours.Major updates recommended with interface and user friendliness.

Finally got it working but the secure message feature doesn't work as it should. You can send messages but can't see the responses or reply in the app. Update: Secure messages work fine.
