I usually love this app but currently it's not working correctly. I'm getting a connection error message saying it can't log in & to check my internet. It's not an internet connection issue so I thought it might be an issue w/my S24 Ultra but my friend has an IPhone 16 & they're having the same issue also. I think maybe the app needs an update or something. I'm not sure but all I know is that its frustrating.

Terrible app. Constantly having issues and not being able to log in. It made its own security question that locked me out. Always being "updated" so I can't even see how much I have in my account. The bank itself charges 2$ for mailed bank statements that I didn't even sign up for. And always having my card locked by them and having to sit on hold for half an hour just to talk to someone about it. Do not get this app. And do not bank with them.

Please make sure that you have downloaded our recent mobile app update. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if it fixes the login issue. If you continue to have issues, please call us at 888-800-9103 ^BAM

Half of the time it doesn't even let you log in or it's doing "scheduled maintenance"...then you have to call customer service to get them to unlock the account. This is a constant problem for me even with my credentials saved. When it works, interface is easy to use but definitely needs some bugs sorted out. Get your act together First Horizon!!!
