My company has wifi set up for only the fuel cloud units we use. Each unit does NOT have internet access, just puts out a wifi signal to connect to to fuel with. This new update now requires an internet connection and LIMITS the amount of times we can fuel without internet access. So I can only fuel up so many times at my own company's fuel islands because Fuel Cloud wants them to buy internet for the fuel pumps? Why?

It appears your phone does not have cellular internet available, causing the app to appear offline and apply an offline transaction limit set by your company. An internet connection through the connected phone has always been required for transactions to be uploaded online. Please contact support if you continue to experience transaction limits.

We understand that connectivity issues with the pump is never enjoyable and we are constantly looking at how we can improve app connectivity. We would like to clarify that we don't collect any external info when the app is in the background. Background support is only used to maintain a pump connection when the app is in the background!

Updates are required, but they won't download into my phone. Time to delete another useless app from my phone.
