I'm not talking about the outage. August 18th 19th and 20th. It's only the military history channel that will not work I was told in an email to check my Roku troubleshooting well then tell me why it isn't working on my cell phone either. Just the military History channel. Keeps glitching freezing landscaping you don't even hear one complete sentence. As bad as the sound skips forward and backward it sounds like a whole nother language

Hi Renee! First off, please be aware that if you edit your original review in the Android app store, you will still see our previous response until we update it. That is why you saw mention of our outage from months ago. Regarding the errors with Military History, we are aware and working with our channel partners to put in a fix soon!

I love the shows and the value. The problem is it's glitching A LOT. I've had the app on my smart TV for less than a month, and there have been at least 5 full days, 1 of them during my free trial, where it just spins or shows the Frndly logo grayed out and it won't respond to any commands. I have 1gb fiber optic internet, so I know that's not the issue.

I love this app. It has great content and works flawlessly. My only complaint is with the DVR. PLEASE add an option to record an entire series of just first run episodes. The only options are to record a single episode or to record them all. I don't want to have my DVR filled with a bunch of rerun episodes. I hate having to go through and delete the rerun episodes. Please add this feature!

Good news, Amanda! We recently introduced a "New Episodes Only" filter on our TV series pages. If you set a show to record all episodes, you can then choose "New Episodes Only" in the dropdown menu to see only episodes that premiered recently on one of our channels.
