The customer service is horrible. I've been following up on the return status of my order for a month now and they've not done it yet due to the unavailability of a consignee. I have raised this issue 7 times on the customer chat and they keep on asking for 72 hrs to resolve the issue but it always ends up with me going to the app and asking for return request. I'm never going to order from Nykaa again and waste my money like that.

Worst app don't purchase anything from this app they don't take any responsibility of shipment of your products. Recently I have ordered 2 product but one product is missing from the package. I make a video of unboxing the package I have complained it and also email the video but they told that we have cleared a order from our side we can't do anything for your loss. Please don't purchase anything from this side they are so irresponsible and they don't value your money and time.

Completely dissatisfied. I ordered a product and received another product. Twice this happened for the same order. Here I ordered 2 products together and because of this issue I did not get the discount completely also and because of that I bought the other shoe higher than other platforms price. This error happened from their end. Never gonna recommend this app
