Worst shopping experience ever never order from this scam of a site scammers just take your money deliver wrong products and wont approve a return request no matter how evident it is that they are in the wrong. Delivered me the wrong shoe ate my money and continuously refused that it has been delivered correctly this is the worst shopping experience of my life its better to shop offline pay more than buying from these scammers.

The customer service is horrible. I've been following up on the return status of my order for a month now and they've not done it yet due to the unavailability of a consignee. I have raised this issue 7 times on the customer chat and they keep on asking for 72 hrs to resolve the issue but it always ends up with me going to the app and asking for return request. I'm never going to order from Nykaa again and waste my money like that.

Worst app for online shopping .if we order the product the product will take 7-8 das in delivering even in prime location like Bangalore and if we attempt for return it take 20 + days and also return may complete or not. And the product which you order will be totally different than what you order .Really worst experience from any ecommerce website .
