Welcome to the GEHA app for federal employees and retirees who are members of our medical plans.

GEHA’s app lets you access your medical account any time you need it.

The app’s features include:

Temporary ID cards – Send temporary ID cards to your providers by email or fax, or save them to your phone.

Deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums – See up-to-date balances.

Copays – See your copays for office visits and prescriptions.

Plan information – Review plan details and effective dates for your GEHA medical and dental plans.

Find Care – Search for health, dental and vision providers as well as hospitals, urgent care, pharmacies and more.

Contact Us – Contact GEHA by phone or by email with the push of a button.

Ratings and reviews

VERY basic app. The login works ok and allows biometric credential use well enough. You have to log in each and every time, even if you close the app by accident and reopen it a second later. There is no data available on plan coverage, so if you look up a claim, good luck figuring out if your share was calculated correctly. Claim data has no information about what the claim is for and why a decision was made. Just save yourself time and log in to the website. The info you need is there.

App has potential, but not all needed features are included yet. Doesn't list all copays. Right now, you can view your ID cards, co-pays, and how much of your deductible has been spent. Those seemed to work fine. To be useful, at a minimum it needs to also have the doctors search, EoB viewing, submit a claim in-app, plan documents, and the Vision Connect and LabCard IDs. To be a great app, it needs to include the rest of your personal features, such as the gym membership thing.

App is horrible. When it worked, it was fine. Then one day it stopped working, and I'm no longer able to log in. Tried clearing cache and data, force stopping, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works. It's broken. I contacted GEHA to let them know it wasn't working and their response was "there haven't been any reports about problems with the app." What did they think my email was? If I could give it zero stars, I would.
