I install generacs for a living and this has to be the worst version of any app they've made. You used to be able to activate it from the generator itself but now you have to use an app the either won't connect to the unit, or freezes mid activation.

it appears you can only use this app to connect to the Pwrcell 2 product at this time. I am a generac master techs and the new generation of air-cooled units are already going into the field. How are you supposed to get diagnostic codes off the units at this time?

Hi Nicholas, we apologize for the confusion. The Next Gen air-cooled unit functionality became available in the app version released on 8/5. To resolve the issue, please download the latest version. If issues persist, please contact support at +1(888) 436-3722.
