I have been trying to extend my cloud service subscription for two of my cameras. But the application is crashing at the payment time. i have tried multiple times and am still having the same issues. Please look into this as soon as possible as the devices are installed for outdoor monitoring purposes which is critical.

Video downloads are a disaster with corrupted video files. Notification messages are now limited to just 3 days if you don't pay for the subscription model. Ridiculous. Plus, the app is infested with ads to upgrade in all types of pop-ups and icons in every corner of the app.

Taking their cloud subscription is useless. The mobile app always fails to buffer the video from cloud. Limited to 9 downloads at a time. Download speed is too too slow, looks like speed is restricted from cloud/server. Device capture is not great either. Better to go with different brand.
