With Spruce, residents can book on-demand lifestyle services like chores & housekeeping. With instant booking and on-demand scheduling, you get the services you need, when you need them. You can also schedule recurring services to save even more.

With the Chores features, book fractional cleaning services like cleaning floors, doing dishes, or clearing clutter. You can also add chores to house cleaning services so you can reduce the prep time normally required to get ready for the housekeeper.

Spruce also offers additional services like Pet Care and Laundry via our dedicated partners available on the Spruce app.

Ratings and reviews

Have had some bad experience with customer support. The app doesn't always work correctly and requires to be uninstalled and installed again. Spruce claims that it works with the leasing office and doesn't require anything from me if I'm not home to open the door but not the case. They wait till the people are right there and then ask for help with entry instead of getting that settled ahead of time. Unfortunately, because of price, still consider it until I find something better

Pretty app and simple to follow. But the amount of errors I get with zero indication as to why is awful. 1. It turns out I already had an account. I tried signing up without knowing I had one and it kept failing just saying 'sorry'. Their web version worked for this luckily. 2. I tried adding a payment method and it kept failing with an equivalently useless message. I just happen to try another card and it worked. You guys tried really hard not to get money from me with all these problems.

Terrible! Immediately after installing, I tried to register and it keeps saying something went wrong and to try again later. Waited a few days and tried to register again and it's still doing the same thing! How are you supposed to utilize cleaning services when you can't even register on the app to schedule appointments!
