Just bought a policy with GoAuto INS. At first, everything went well, until I received my bill. GoAuto is charging me a full month for only 19 days of coverage, so I did what any reasonable person would and tried to call to find a solution to this problem... Well I've been on hold for 36 minutes, after having to use a "call tree" to get to the right place. I'm still on hold as I write this review!! During this time I've tried to login to the App, with no luck so far. STAY AWAY!!!!

worst app on the play store. you can never do anything in the app without first uninstalling and reinstalling the app...EVERY TIME! this app is so bad I don't even have the words to describe how bad it is. upon first install, you set up your login and then forget about it, because it will never work again! it is no exaggeration calling it the worst (cr)app on Google play store. I wish I could take existing stars away from it. so bad.

The app os eaay to use, easy to get quotes and make payments, also if you need to view or download your insurance card. I have checked out several different insurance companies and Go Auto has been way. way cheaper than every place else Ive tried. I am truly thankful that I found them
