The app requires a subscription to use anything. it says the subscription is $4 per year, but when you go to sign up it's actually $4 per week.

it says it's $4 a year but then the pop up charges $4.99 a week! Edit-payed the $5 and there isn't even an option to make the answer open ended!

completely useless, doesn't make a form unless I pay ..... this scam, it should've been an app with a price for downloading not when I get into it
