Speaking purely about the functionality of the app: I have never gotten the biometric login to work. Ever. That's frustrating when you have the app closed for 15 minutes and have to login again. Sometimes you will also get caught in a loop where the nav icons on the bottom of the screen will disappear, hitting the back button just moves between two pages, and the 'x' on top of the screen won't actually close the page, so you have to completely close the app, and login without biometrics.

This app worked fine for about a month. Logging in was seamless and I had no issues with the app allowing biometric login. it all of a sudden would not let me login. I enter my email and password....nothing. I changed my password and used it, nothing..I then uninstalled and reinstalled...nothing. I am missing out. What kind of soul crushing, monopolizing app is this. Hard rock makes too much money to not have these issues fixed and model after other betting apps.

App is not super user friendly or intuitive and can be buggy at times. App often times doesn't recognize being in a location allowing betting, making it unusable. Customer support is a joke. If you close your account, available funds are not automatically returned to you. They are frozen in limbo until you contact customer service to reopen the account so you can then withdraw the funds, which seems insane. Plus, if you use a credit card to add money, you can't withdraw funds back to that card.
