Ratings and reviews

Until this week, my rating would be a 4+. But, I lost over 40 days of consecutive reading....due to some glitch. I listened to 2 summaries and had started a 3rd. The next day the icon for the previous day showed partial complete...And my count was set back to zero. Realizing this is a gamifocation to reinforce a good habit. But, still, that was deflating and frustrating. If you are gonna keep score, be fair about it.

I have tried canceling my subscription multiple times, yet I keep getting charged and at a higher rate than what my subscription was initially supposed to be. There's NOT a 1-800 # to call nor does the headway ap allow you to actually cancel within the app or online. They direct you to Google Play Store, which only allows you to update your payment method. (Not delete payment, but update payment!) This to me is a scam!!!!

I thought I was going to like this app. Did the free trial and wasn't decided, so I was going to pay for a month, got the month price, and it hit my credit card for a year subscription. Seemed pretty underhanded to me, so be careful. They will hit your wallet when you aren't looking. Literally irked me to the point that the notifications just irritate me and make me want to find advertisements just to let people know. Reading more reviews, it looks like this is a common problem, get the money.
