The app and service is broken. I can't access my messages at all. On desktop, it doesn't display my messages at all. On the app, it gives a "Internal Service Error " when I try to open my messages. When I tried to lodge a request for tech help on the website, even my request wouldn't go through. We had a good experience with both of the doctors we've spoken to so far, and when I called the help phone number, the person was wonderfully empathetic, but ultimately she wasn't able to do anything.

This app is terrible. It glitches all the time. It doesn't let me join the waiting room for my appointments. The onlything that works less well than the app is their website. Or the customer service who closed my claim because I was able to schedule an appointment. The issue isn't with scheduling the appointments, though that is also tedious and repetitive with no way to save your previous answers. My issue is with actually being able to use the video call and have the appointments I scheduled.

one of the single worst apps I have ever used. // the service is a needed one, so you have no choice but to put up with the fact that you can hardly make appointments, that clicking simple things like "next page" when searching for a therapist shuts the app down & forces you to reopen and start from the beginning, that of your therapist makes an appointment you'll probably loose it from missing one of the multiple random "accept this appointment" prompts that come up. Profound technical issues.
