Since they changed the details from Sasfin. The app is disaster, I deposited money in my account trying to pay my rent, it did not reflect immediately like it used to do. I am trying to call the support center, u have to wait 7 mins until to speak to the agents and you don't get the help you need. You try to use the live chat, you have to wait 45 mins on queue to get help and one of the agents took 10 mins to reply in the chat. I am not sure if I am going to get my money back or not.

Since they changed partner there is no option of bank statement,sometimes if someone do payshap the balance doesn't reflect, and they will tell you to send proof of payment it happened to me 2 times

The new update of this application, with a change of bank name, now some of the features have disappeared like transaction history, Please update the app to look better the way it used to be. on Samsung A23 5G
