8/4/25-I did 1 ride so far. now, every time I open up the app, it will not even let me log in it closes itself.. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and it's still doing it. before this, I liked the app, and I liked being able to transport people. and when you try to do the live chat, you can't because of the fact that you have to be in the app, well, if the app won't open 8/5/25 today app opened looks like back to normal, but be careful of bugs.

I've had 3 back-to-back trips where my ride was significantly late. This 3rd instance is what caused me to write this negative review. Using the service was my only option so I specifically booked the earliest time available ~7am, because I had an important appointment at 11:30am. My ride was over 2 hours late, causing me to narrowly make it to my appointment. They gave me $20 credit, but it's not going to give me back the time I lost. I'd rather book a $100 Uber if it means it'll be on time.

Hi there, we're truly sorry for the repeated delays and the stress caused, especially on an important day. We understand a credit can't make up for lost time and we would love to further review. Your feedback is being taken seriously, and we’re working to improve reliability. Please reach out to support so we can follow up directly. Thank you.

As a driver, this app is unpolished. Notifications tell you to "tap to learn more" but lead you to the homepage, leaving you to fend for yourself. Leaving the app at all resets it, meaning you have to tap a dozen times to re-enter nav during a trip, which is unsafe. You'll get informed of a ride but aren't told any other info, meaning you have to tap through each city to see where it might be. Nav must be screen-on, which makes your phone hot to the touch. Support, however, is always excellent.
