2024/4/22 edit: Settings controls are invisible. Evidently text color changed to white on a white background. Please fix. Deduct 2 stars. Absolutely wonderful - it really helps me to get my second wind when i feel like I can't make it through the day. And it's free! I have almost all of Andrew Johnson's audio apps and some of his mp3's from his website. This is still one of my favorites.

Perfect 1 hour-ish power nap. I have been looking for some sort of meditation app that was a power nap time frame. After being disappointed by serveral I found this one and its a truly magical experience. My kids and I listen all cuddled up in bed after lunch and we have ALL been better for it. We all fall into that restorative unconscious state with the countdown and we "wake up" when he counts us out feeling wonderful. I just purchased the "lose weight" app and am looking forward to it.

I found this app several years ago when I was working as a caregiver and it has saved me so many times. When I am exhausted and need a nap but I cannot be tired from said nap, this app is what I use. It is incredibly refreshing and relaxing! In-between shifts I absolutely needed a nap to recharge and this was app gave me that ability. The entire suite of AJ apps are useful and work very well. Pro tip: sleep headphones of any kind HIGHLY RECOMMEND for the ultimate experience.
