Ratings and reviews

The app is rarely usable. It either refreshes the login screen repeatedly or goes to a completely blank screen when you log in. As others mentioned, deleting and reinstalling the app is the only way to fix it and that's just not practical to do all the time. If they haven't figured out app updates after this long (1 year for me at least), are they really the tech people you want to trust with your security? I signed up for a year and cancelled at the end of it. Simply not worth it.

I think it's a good application and good customer service and I think they're doing everything they claim they would and I need some help with identity theft I have my 23andMe data stolen and I still haven't been able to recover it and it's almost been 8 months now

very good user interface I found it great and very easy to see everything all your accounts and credit score highly recommended
