Took a while to upload photos to the frame, it's difficult to figure out how to manipulate files once they are loaded. Once it was set up it was good. Clarity is sharp/crisp, and can be viewed from anywhere in my living space, which is quite a large room. Frame overall is nice. But the monthly interruptions with the frame just turning off by itself or photos getting stuck, and now it won't connect period. I have to get a new frame. can't be fixed.

My photo frame told me there was an update. I installed it and now I get an error that reads "cloudphotoframe has stopped" - open app again. I tried unplugging it and went into settings and nothing is helping. it is stuck on the main screen even though I have it set for "full screen" it is only showing my photos in the upper Left corner. This exact same thing happened about 6 months ago and I had to reset it to factory reset and I lost all my photos stored in the cloud.

Was great for a little while. Uploading photos takes a minute, but it worked. Now it's been 2 months and all of a sudden photos I send act like they go through and everything but apparently they haven't been. I'm finding out the last 30 photos I sent never appeared on the frame. It has strong internet connection and everything. Looks like everyone has this problem.
