I was just assisted by Che, and it was awesome!!!! and really quickly, I was so frustrated trying to connect my profile with my child and really to my surprise he managed to resolve the issue real quick,one minute i was talking to him and when I took the phone away from my ear to check my profile it was sorted

I needed a Karri wallet issue sorted out and I used the Help function, and chatted to Zezethu. The Chat function was quick and easy, and Zezethu called me to discuss my request, in minutes!! She was very efficient, kind and well spoken. She listened carefully, gave me clear instructions and sorted out my request in no time at all. It was a pleasure!
