Ratings and reviews

The App has been unreliable day one. Changed to Next Door community app instead to find walkers in our area because of how bad the app functions. Had a last-minute care for our dogs and tried the app to due to timeliness only. Got a caregiver quickly, but then the app did what is usually does, random notices and pop-ups that are all over the place, but I was able to pay and tip - or so I thought. Credit card was charged, but app is making me pay again a day later and at a higher price.

This app is awful. I haven't even been able to experience a service yet. The first boarding I tried to book, it connected me with someone that doesn't even do boarding. The app is clunky, unstable & difficult to navigate around in. It's constantly crashing, freezing or going into spin mode. I get an error when deactivating my account. Contacting a human in customer service is nearly impossible. The chat bot can't do anything but it won't give you a human. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Adjusting pricing is ridiculously hard and didn't even work for months at one point. Even if you erased the cache, reinstalled, whatever, it didn't matter. Most walks I try to request won't even let me bc my prices are considered "too high". I very rarely actually use this app, it's just another thing that sends too many notifications a day. At least filter them out to be walks and sits that are in my atrocious price range.
