I've never had an issue purchasing tickets through the app with Google Pay. The app is mostly intuitive but is not clear about which tickets are most appropriate if you want to travel on a lesser-known route. Big negatives are: tickets are non-refundable (even if bought mistakenly), singles must be used within 3 days (including the day you bought it - so it's NOT 72 hours from purchase), and if you activate the ticket and the bus doesn't stop for you it'll timeout without refund after 30 min.

The app is good alot of the time but I've started to have issues where my ticket isn't showing. I have no idea why but its only just started to mess up. In the morning it was showing and was working fine but for no reason what so ever it stopped showing🤦🏻

App worked before , had to factory reset phone , re installed app multiple times and still just getting a red screen, annoying and stressful as ticket for work tomorrow is on the app and no other way till pay day to sort ! Phone all up-to-date
