User interface is nice. However, because there is only ACH option, expect delivery time to be days. Not good if you are trying to send money quickly. I sent money almost a week ago and it still hasn't been received. Not sure if the app is to blame. Maybe it's the banks. Either way, they should look into expanding beyond ACH as only option.

I have been using this app for 4 years and it seems their promise of 1 hour transfer is not their priority anymore. neither do they let me know why there was a delay of more than 24 hours nor do they make any effort to help me on this transfer. This app is starting to lose its good reputation.

I was disappointed how they make it hard to create an account and then they weren't forthcoming with the fact that you can only send maximum of $500 within 60 days. it's a waste of time and I'm not going to use this service again.
