Horrible App and Website. It will charge you $9.99 "one time fee" (every time) to sign up. Then, you received an email that will send you back to repeat the same process. It doesn't confirm if your deposit was sent for video calls, entertainment, or commissary. Also, there is an additional fee depending on the amount of money you deposit.

You try to use charge card "on-line" or through the "app" only to get "There has been an error processing your credit card" or "Error The system is currently unavailable" so you have to call them. To deposit funds to an account, on-line it's $7.95 process fee but it is $9.95 if you talk to someone. They say they can't credit or lower the process fee. Why should I have to pay more when the error is Access Corrections, not I. Be warned if anyone plans to send a person locked up.

I've been using the app for sometime and generally things worked well. But ever since November, any attempt to send money results in an error message. Yet the bank shows the request to send money was successful, indicating the error was not caused by myself or the bank. The funds are shown as pending until after about 5 days when the transaction is cancelled. Using the website works, so it seems the problem is somewhere in the app. One star until it's fixed.
