It works...but bank alerts no longer show up unless I happen to log in to the app. That defeats the purpose. I want to get notifications the moment my account see s a deposit or withdrawal. I no longer get that. I have to log in first, then I suddenly get a barrage of notifications and emails that I should've had days ago. What gives? It's clearly something wrong with KFCU's system, not just the app, because their email alerts behave the same way. You don't get them until you log in.

Used to be really convenient. Type my 4 digit quick password in and check my account. Now I don't have that option. I have to keep typing my full password every time. Even if I tell it Remember Me it quite literally forgets as soon as I close the app. I had just closed it and realized I had forgotten something. Went to reopen the app. Had to log back in. Remember Me is checked and the app had not even been closed for a full 3 seconds before I went to reopen it. Way to make your app frustrating.

After having the app for a few years, it suddenly displayed pop-up message saying that KFCU will be sharing info with 3rd parties (much like most companies who sell your personal data for profit), and said some things can be opted-out while others cannot, but didn't specify what data was going to be given or sold to 3rd parties, and provided no way to opt out; but also wouldn't allow me to use the app unless I blindly clicked agree to everything! It is corporate banking. Uninstalled the app.
