Just a terrible app altogether. I always get frustrated just trying to accomplish anything. Keep trying months later, still same thing. Very slooooow, getting constant errors, and it's very counterintuitive. Update 1 year later: Still app is terrible as ever. Who's programming this thing? Have you guys tested it? Update 2 years later: still not working get error messages and I just wanted to see my order details.

When trying to order and adding things to my cart the red number shows up in the cart on the upper right side, but when opening the cart it says "0 items in cart." It takes multiple tries to finally get items to show up. Then after placing an order and selecting the orders page I just the buffering circle. Super frustrating. The ONLY thing I can trust the app for is to Remote Brew my coffee.

It's terrible. I'm trying to delete an item from my cart and it won't let me. I have been trying to place an order since Sunday (8/3/25; today is Tuesday) and it's been impossible. The only reason I downloaded the app was because the website is terrible. Please hire competent people to work on your app and website! I have to believe you're losing business!
