About this app

The HCP Training app (formerly In the Know) provides a way for caregivers and clinicians to complete their assigned training modules while on the go!

With this app, learners can:

• Access learning modules anytime, anywhere, with a mobile device.

• Resume courses that they started on a PC (and vice versa).

• View their progress and gamification points, levels and badges.

• Access their training offline by downloading the content.

HCP Training is created by and for caregivers and nurses that know what it takes to give care day in and day out. Our app is built to give you the knowledge you need to make your life easier, grow your skills, and meet any challenge on the job.

Ratings and reviews

Smooth at first, but at one point my progress would stop being recorded, so at the end of a unit, your progress would not be saved and the entire unit would have to be redone. So with that, very frustrating. Other than that, the layout is organized, colorful, very informational and interesting. Great way to earn important certifications whether for employment or just to have as we navigate through life, gives you a sense of security.

Have had a lot of difficulties getting into the App. At first, it would take me in circuits so I was not able to complete a section. Once it said the App was not able too continue and please get out. If I respond to the email, it fails to tell me what I haven't finished and/or doesn't bring up the new section. The actual training sessions are good, but the getting to them has too many glitches and wastes my time.

It shouldn't force you to read at its pace if it gives you a quiz after every unit. Takes way too much time to do something that would take half as much time if you let me do it in my speed.. On top of it, taking longer than an hour to finish the unit sometimes. And only credit you an hour period also, there is a lot of freezing or having to restart. It's inconvenient But at least it's inconvenient at my house
