would be great if it worked! even payed for cloud for the year and it's still isn't connecting all the time .they need to sort it out! or e minute it's working great next won't connect!!

This worked for a couple of years then the remote viewing of cameras stopped. Only works locally via wifi now not internet. Tried emailing but mail box is full so got bounced back

Payment problem, my camera cloud serviece is expired so i was going to buy it from app but when i try to pay with paypal jus a blank screen comes and when i try with card it tells card is declined as i filled all card. Details right Plz fix this as soon as possible i nned a cloud serviece plz
