Ratings and reviews

This used to be a great, fun game. The last few updates brought in many bugs and errors. The gameplay has been tough with limited progression once you reach max levels. It is now nearly impossible to upgrade and max characters without dropping $$$ and watching many long ads. Ads were not too bad before but now some are over a minute without an increase in rewards. Sad, this used to be one of my favorite games, and I didn't even mind making purchases because I enjoyed it. Not the case anymore.

Wish I could give this a higher rating since the gameplay loop is fun, it's just that starting as a new player there's nothing to do. You can only level your characters so much since they're level is tied to your account level. It gets to a point you hit a wall and just can't play until you can raise your account level which is a grind. Never have seen a game fumble such an easy concept.

I love this game, I really, really do. I've been playing for months and have reached a fairly high level in the game. However, for the past few days, I can't play. It's stuck loading. I've deleted the app and reinstalled but any time I log into my account, it won't load. This isn't the first time I've lost an account either due to loading issues. The first time I wasn't too far in, but couldn't build back up because while it rest my progress, it didn't rest the rewards.
