Ratings and reviews

Crashes constantly while opening, typically after a system update. The two step verification is a pain and never sends a text when requested. Once you are in, it's great. The whole point of the app is ease of access and the 2-step verification process has ruined a once great app.

App gives "We notice your device is rooted or may be using root tool....", then aborts. New and non-rooted device (I just checked). Completely non-usuable. If there is an app causing the conflict, or a setting enabled, it would be nice if that was mentioned rather than a complete abort. (So far as I am aware, Magisk is not installed on my device) Update October 2024 - new device, still a problem.

I am a proud member of Marriott Bonvoy so normally stay at a Mariott property where possible. This is only a review of the app. The app is crashing every time I try to open it. I have tried uninstall and reinstall but it keeps crashing. The error message says there is a bug with this app. Please fix as I am in the middle of a reservation now and will be visiting another Mariott property in a few days. Thanks
