Has potential, but there’s definitely room for improvement. While the platform offers a large pool of users & helpful features, I found that the quality of connections didn’t always align with my stated preferences. The matching algorithm could be more refined to better suit individual criteria & compatibility. There’s also a need for stronger filters & better communication tools to foster more meaningful connections. It’s not a bad experience—but it could be a much better one with more updates

seduces you into liking and taking the time to write messages to people, without telling you that they won't be delivered unless that person pays for a subscription, that you won't know if they read it unless you pay... Poor privacy options and almost NO useful features without paying. OK Cupid (at least before match purchased them) offered free likes, messaging, better privacy options, and fewer nag screens. Too bad, so much potential if they redesigned program to offer more.

The catfishes are out. Beware! Too many distracting bells and whistles. So many features pop up that distract from what you want to do. It's stressful enough to do online dating. Match is a master of nickle and diming you. I want to cancel my Match Phone because it wasn't working properly. But I can cancel it, but it won't give me a refund?! Absurd. Don't do it!!
