playback throws error. doesn't load the video even if the bandwidth is high and only one user is trying to view or download. download has never been success. keeps throwing error as "number of streaming channels exceeded limit"

Sound problem. Audio sound goes off and comes back on clicking the speaker icon again. This glitch/issue needs to be resolved immediately in the App software version update.

so far it's working great with no fuss. having difficulty receiving notifications about event or motion but cant figure out whats the issue. There is no proper user guide comes with kit.
