Please, Xiaomi, get your s#it together: I have the Redmi buds 5 pro and since the beginning the app rarely detects the earbuds and sometimes only 1 connects. I've tried everything: clearing the cache, clearing all data, reinstalling, restarting, power-cycling them, messing with all the parameters inside and outside the app, I've followed plenty of tutorials in YouTube, the app is just buggy and unreliable. I have the latest app and firmware: nothing makes them work as supposed to.

I recently got the Redmi buds 5 pro. I'm loving the sound quality. However, I'm having issues with the app. The app works for a couple of days, then stop connecting to the earbuds. I'd have to totally reset the earbuds for it to reconnect. I'm hoping someone from Xiaomi will read this review and fix the issue.. By reading other reviews, I see that I'm not the only one with this issue. The app is great when It works. Please, Xiaomi, let's get it correct.

I recently purchased redmi buds 4 and the buds are pretty solid however I wasn't able to connect my device with the app to make the use of buds in more proper way. I tried to connect my buds with other phones just to make sure it isn't the problem with my phone but it's not. Xiaomi please solve this issue as the minute issues should be addressed to create loyal customers.
