Overall, not a terrible app, but needs improvement. Read before Subscribing to a lotto. The app does take a bit of time when loading, but it's not too bad. It can be improved. Do not subscribe to a lotto (e.g. Fantasy5) before you know how the numbers are chosen. It turns out same exact numbers are chosen for ALL of the drawings. This makes absolutely no sense. Also, why not give users choice of buying a $1 Fantasy5 vs. enforcing $5 every time. Discourages me from using app.

terrible app. it is so slow and sometimes does not even load I have to keep getting out and going back in even when I am only trying to scan a ticket. I would have given it 1 star but I like the extra games you get when you lose on a cashword. tried to play a few other games and have been kicked out of them after playing about 5 minutes. I reached out to support and let them know what was going on and haven't heard anything back.

Can't buy tickets online with Galaxy Z Fold phones big screen. I'm forced to use the small screen because the app doesn't recognize the larger screen. Reached out to MI Lotto about it and instead of fixing it, they want to know my personal details. Not sure how my PII has anything to do with the app working on foldable phones correctly Edit: Have fiber speeds and the app loads slower than dial up, if it loads
