Some agent capabilities require specific licenses or may be disabled by your organization’s administrator. Researcher agent is available for Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Education, and Business Premium accounts with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license and Microsoft 365 Premium accounts. Photos agent is available for Microsoft 365 Premium accounts.

Ratings and reviews

I absolutely despise how it automatically opens to the copilot chat every time. I'm using this app so that I can access my files on my phone, not to talk to some robot. Completely inaccessible and frustrating to use—and once I finally do figure out how to get to files, which is under "search" for some reason, it takes at least 15 minutes of syncing time to open anything. I don't know why I bother.

The app was usable, functional, and effective. Then they "updated" it and the appearance changed. Now I have to click click click to get to the documents I want, which used to be accessible every time I opened the app. Sorry but not everyone wants to chat with AI, search for what should be right there, or create a project. Miserable fail.

I use it to sync my work between my laptop, phone, and tablet. It is amazing when it works. However, I have begun having issues over the last year with the app on my phone and tablet not syncing updated work. No matter how many times you force a sync, it will not pull in any docs. (And yes, I did check for updates each time, and there were none) The only solution I've found thus far is to completely remove the app and re-download it. After that, there are no more issues.
