What is wrong with this app? I am constantly getting a pop-up with the title "Application unavailable" and the explanation "Our app is temporarily unavailable. Your relationship is important to us and we're working to restore service as quickly as possible. Your data and transactions remain safe." The app still allows me to navigate, but some functions are unavailable. However, the message above is constantly popping up and very annoying, and this has been going on for months!

I figured something interesting. When I first loaded the app, I was disappointed. There was nowhere to navigate and do things like increase my contribution or apply for a loan. I asked the assistant. she got me everything I asked for so far. Not only the above mentioned. I also get information about the above mentioned. I'm reserving one star for when the app designers make it clearer to use the assistant. It's a disservice to the app users.

"Entered date: 07/07/2025 Status: Application approved and in processing" I requested hardship withdraw for prevent forclosure, it is still pending I called custommer center they said sent check, but mail is not received, I called again they will check re issue resend. if send check why status not chenged? I think sync is missmatch also unreliable company. I highly recommend 401k transfer to other bank. why hardship?defficult time delayed process make me more harder.
