i would not say it's easy it has so many errors it didn't show me my dates at 1st then I booked a reservation and when I wanted to change it it asked me 1st to cancel. now it's not letting me book a new one saying u have a booking and it's not showing my previous booking. I remember last umrah it did the same I wasn't able to get to rawdah. the customer service is just as bad .

This is a good app. It helped us during Umrah trip. The option to make reservation for Noble Rawdah visit works great. The option to buy tickets for Umrah golf cart has several seriouse problems.It requires you to create an account prompting you to enter all sort of information that seems unecessary. After multiple tries,I was unable to create an account and unable to buy tickets. Costumer service told me that I need a Saudi Sim to buy tickets. This needs change as not everyone has a Saudi Sim.

terrible app, can't even create my account because it greys out sections not letting me continue to the next step. After making an account on an iPhone, I still can't log in to the Nusuk app. As it says my details are incorrect, which is impossible.
