The app is pretty easy to use. my only issue I came across with was trying to update my address. it let me pick the country, but the cities name are very limited and filled with typos, almost as if they were added by users who couldn't spell. I can add the street name, the zip code and the building number. but couldnt add my city so I ended up picking a different city just to able to save at least the main pertinent info.

This app is exceptionally terrible. I’ve had to delete and recreate my account multiple times just to try and book a slot for Nobel Rodah, but every time, my profile shows my gender incorrectly as Female instead of MALE. Because of this issue, I was unable to book a slot in 2024 and now, in 2025, the same issue is happening again. I’ve emailed support several times, but I’ve never received a response. It’s extremely frustrating to be blocked by a technical issue that should be easy to fix.

This is the first time I am using the app and found that after selecting the date for Rawdah it does not give an option to continue. I believe the problem is with the IOS application then I switched to Android and it worked smoothly. Hence the problem lies in the application linked with IOS indeed my other friends who are an iphone users were also facing the same issue then later on booking through Android worked absolutely fine.
