This is horrible. I signed up 4 days ago made a deposit (and was told they cover your losses on your first day/deposit) it can take 72 hours, well I never received anything and I followed every rule they had. Not only that but now I can't login to my account or to play. "Service Unavailable Try Later". I contact FanDuel and they were terrible and no answers except "Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and hope it works". Really?? They take your money with no problem though.. Now what??

I very much enjoyed the app until I had an issue with one of their promotions. The promotion offered 15% back on your net losses, up to $100, on any gaming table for 2 days. I opted in for the promotion, had net losses, but , I never received the 15% back on the losses. I reported the issue via chat, was told the issue had been escalated and I would hear back from the Support Teambvia email.. never did. Several agents guaranteed resolution, but ended Chat abruptly. Nothing resolved

I installed this game went to go play for the first time ever and my account got suspended so I have verified myself did everything they told me to do only to be told there is still a problem and someone will contact me in 24-48 hours. I'm so confused and frustrated by this. especially since I've already done what I was supposed to do.
