I had a disappointing experience with the Move It moto taxi service. The app's GPS navigation was inaccurate, leading to longer travel times and higher fares. The drivers were often late, and the ride quality was inconsistent. Additionally, the customer support was unresponsive when I raised concerns about overcharging. Overall, the service lacks reliability and professionalism, making it a poor choice for reliable transportation.

**Uninstall Move It; do not download it.** My recent experience with the Move It app has been frustrating. Despite two successful bookings paid through my bank account, the app shows an outstanding balance, raising concerns about its reliability. The lack of customer service is disappointing; there's no direct contact, and the help center is unhelpful. I've emailed support with no response. While the app may have potential, the poor support makes it a poor choice for users. I cannot recommend

So far, this app has been my go-to rider app. The only thing I don't like is rude drivers. They would accept your booking, but later on, would ask you to cancel the booking due to an inconvenience on their end. I hope that your system will remove the 24-hour waiting time to book again due to 3 times cancelled booking. Experienced being asked by riders to cancel the ride due to inconvenience on their end, after 3 cancelled bookings, I can't book a ride again, resulting to me being late to work.
