Very bad. Cannot get even to start screens on 2 of my devices. On the 3rd device managed to enter but features, like "my numbers" for example, never load the info. Cleared cash, re-installed, nothing helps. Tried to login with the same credentials on the website, but website does not accept them. Reset the password, nothing helps. This is really a shame for the operator of such extent to neglect the App as the main source of contact of the subscribers. Even that crapy Pri...tel has the App fine.

Excellent network, but worlds worst app. It never opens. With the new update, no thought was put behind it. I have an app but I need to go to JCC to put contract number, invoice number, check digits etc to pay monthly bill. My monthly mobile bill should show in the app and I should be able to directly pay from it. You really need to pull your socks up and change app developer. The company you are using for the app development is incompetent in a unique way.

Your application needs some improvement in its user interface. However, the main issue here is bill payment, especially when there are multiple phone numbers linked to one account. Could you please display the amount to be paid for each phone number separately, along with more details about the charges? Additionally, please consider adding Google Pay checkout for easier payments.
