mostly works great. Every couple months it forgets who I am and doesnt believe me when I tell it. "Sends" the reset email which i dont receive. I have to go to my local bank. Last time they manually sent the email and it worked. They advised I sign in normally the first few times accessing my account before doing the biometrics. But now im going to have to go back and do it again

Does not work properly. I had fingerprint enabled and had no issues until today. When I go to change my password. It says it sent the email but no email had been sent. When I try to contact support it sends me to the privacy notice webpage.

Need more information on how to freeze and unfreeze your account, also more information on using the mobile app. Some of us aren't technologically savvy we need instructions like were 5 years old.
