Radical changes are needed in the app! For the past 3 weeks,I've been facing the same issue every single day: I keep getting a huge number of shop & delivery orders - sometimes 8-10 a day. I've spoken with several other runners, and they only get 1-2 of these at most. This is very unfair!I've contacted support multiple times by email and once by phone, but nothing has changed. Because of this, my acceptance rate keeps dropping. I do this full-time, so something has to be done!Thank you!

After using the app for a few months now, there's one major flaw in my humble opinion, and that is, you can only verify the customer's items if you are shopping for them, if you do a pick up and deliver, it asks you to verify but there's no list available to verify, also the H-E-B associate's ask you by last name and not first, the app only gives us the first name, other than a glitch here and there a good experience.

it was nice getting heb orders and you could make some good money. way to many people that run now. I have waited at heb for a hour at times and seen other runners get orders and come back to get another order before I get one. All I get is shop and deliver or place and pay orders which you have to order on the way and then wait for restaurants to get the food done. I've switch to amazon flex and whole foods. it's more consistent but more driving. hope favor changes the dumb acceptance rating.
