So after working with support on some specific issues and how quickly it was resolved I wanted to give an update on the review for the app and it's development team. I sent an email thought their support channel on a Saturday none the less and with in about 30 mins a rep replied and we went through a few steps that didn't work, he escalated it and one of the software engineers immediately jump on board to help solve the issues. All in all it was resolved in under a couple hours. Impressive.
