App is easy to use, UI is simple and easy to understand. In terms of pricing, items such as phones, gadgets, appliances and the likes are overpriced compared to their competition and other vendors within the same space. The pricing for items don't just make sense and has an opposite effect on people as they're not attractive, with little market research and comparison, you discover you are paying a 20-40% increase on most items as compared to other vendors and their competition.

Your app lags a lot, very slow even on your web version it's the same thing I would advice you look into that because it is so discouraging and makes me ran out of patience. If you want to keep up with your compitors or move ahead of them you should have a reliable front-end and back-end system well in place. Thanks

The app's "pay small small" process is quite convenient and works smoothly. However, the delivery service is terrible. I experienced long delays, and when my order finally arrived, it's close to payment due date. The customer service is also very unresponsive, and it took days to get any kind of update. The app has potential, but they really need to improve their delivery and customer support.
