Ratings and reviews

Hilarious as usual nothing works. Login with password, internal error. Login with sms, server error. Login with 4g via sim card, error. For such a large company the software department seems to be made up of interns and students working for free. For once I wish a single orange app works at all for anything. It would be a miracle.

I find it 😞 that Orange cannot get a simple app to work. NOTHING works. There are problems with EVERY part of the app, whether I wish to add my name, another number, share airtime with someone who might not be in your contact list, and the list goes on. Even logging in is ridiculously confusing. And I thought, when I migrated from another local provider that they were bad. 🫣 The 1-star is for the staff at the office where I live. They are very nice though.

After 20 years with Orange, I am deeply disappointed. After topping up my account to renew my subscription, they deducted 1 JOD from my balance without consent, leading to the sudden suspension of my line. My unused internet bundle was also lost despite paying in full. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I will be canceling all my services with Orange and switching to another provider. I no longer recommend Orange to anyone seeking reliable service.
