Ratings and reviews

A great app and product overall. Customer support is stellar also. I do occasionally get an alert that the food was eaten with a timestamp a few minutes before it was dispensed and sometimes messages are very delayed. Rebooting the device requires both unplugging and removing the batteries. A reboot button in the app would be nice. It would also be nice if there was a way to dispense a meal early without just adding an extra meal. Anyhow, very happy with the product.

it does the job when it feels like it, but often I'm met with "request timed out" and I'm unable to achieve basic functions of the app which are necessary for keeping my cats portions correct. if the app did not constantly time out then it would be an extremely useful app for my $100 automatic cat feeder. the product itself is fantastic but the app is unfortunately a bummer. it could be my device as well, which I'll test some other options, but be warned.

Works really well for the most part. Just be careful that if you edit afeeding plan, you have to hit save in the upper right corner. It will not give you a warning that your changes are not saved if you don't. The developer said they are working on a fix for this to make it more clear, so hopefully this takes effect soon.
