Continues to be horrible app. Dumb app. To enter DOB, you have to manually navigate the calendar, which only moves one month at a time! Direct entries not accepted. More dumbness: there is no way to scan your credentials at the time of purchase at a SouperSalad store. Poor sales clerk has to manually enter the 10+ digit loyalty ID.

App & website are broken. Forgot username, so I asked for it - both sent me reset PW links only - no name info. Reset PW and tried logging in with email address and new PW - rejected as invalid on both. Even tried with card#, no luck & can't register as account already exists. No contact info for asking for help or questions.

I have the older version of the app, so when I tried to reset my password, it doesn't let me...keeps saying unknown error. Please fix this!!!
