in "Upload Claim documents" the prompt reminds the user to attach proof "you have paid your PET the total amount of the invoice" (sic, emphasis added). I cannot get my PET to accept or acknowledge payment to the PET. Perhaps they meant "vet" (as in veterinarian)? also my premium for a very healthy pair of 12 year old felines were hiked astronomically, and I cannot figure out how to adjust: deductibles, maximum benefits (unlimited vs $10k or $5k) inside the mobile app vs desktop or call.

App is excellent, very easy to use. Reimbursements are pretty quick and the only hiccup I ever had was when the vet forgot to include the medical notes from the visit, so no complaints there. BUT they call it an 'annual plan agreement' yet will increase your monthly rate in the middle of the plan year if you submit too many claims, and if your pet passes at any time they will collect the remainder of the year before you can cancel.

Do not use this app!!!! The insurance is ok but you can't navigate ANYWHERE in the app without being prompted to login in over and over again, then it says "the request has been terminated because you denied permission" or something to that effect. You would be better off just using the clunky web site instead (when it works)!
